Dining

At Kantishna Roadhouse, meals are a great part of the experience. After a long day of hiking, biking, fishing and fun in Denali National Park, there is nothing better than a fine meal to bring people closer together.

Denali National Park Wilderness LodgeAll Roadhouse meals are prepared with fresh vegetables and the finest ingredients by our team of chefs. Ask us for a tour of our Alaskan Sized Greenhouse. Breads and other scrumptious baked treats are baked fresh daily on premises.

All meals and snacks are provided during your stay. The Roadhouse features complete breakfasts, lunches and dinners. For guests going on day hikes, our kitchen prepares nutritious sack lunches for the trail.

Denali Park Backcountry LodgeThe lodge has a coffee, tea and cocoa station that is open throughout the day and evening.

The Kantishna Roadhouse also has the only full-service saloon in the Denali Park backcountry. The Roadhouse Saloon serves a great selection of fine wines, Alaskan beers, as well as all traditional spirits and libations.

Note: if you or your party requires special dietary needs, we are happy to oblige. Simply talk to your reservations person and explain your precise dietary needs.

The Kantishna Roadhouse is located deep in the heart of Denali National Park in the Historic Kantishna mining district. Guests at the Kantishna Roadhouse will enjoy nights spent in comfortable cabin accommodations, and days spent exploring the wonders of Mt McKinley & Denali Park. Available Denali Park activities include fishing, biking, hiking, flightseeing tours, dog team presentations, gold panning, and demonstrative exhibits featuring Native Alaskan traditions. Since the only access to the Kantishna Roadhouse is the Denali Park Road, which is closed to traffic other than select tour groups, you'll feel like the grandeur of Denali National Park is yours alone to enjoy.
