Spring Has Sprung!

It’s official, Spring Equinox is Here (at last)!

Although it doesn’t quite yet look entirely like spring here in Alaska, today officially marks the day when we have exactly equal time split between day and night. While some are still rooting for an extra 3.3 inches of snow in Anchorage, most of us are celebrating the changing of seasons and the signs that spring truly is on our heels.

Here at Doyon Tourism, we’ve been gearing up for what should be a great season ahead! In preparation, we’ve recently launched new websites for Kantishna RoadhouseKantishna Wilderness Trails and SeeDenali.com will be transformed by the end of this week.

We’re also excited to announce that Denali Bear has come out of hibernation and is back to his old Tweeting self. Be sure to follow @DenaliBear on Twitter and learn more about what’s underneath his grizzled exterior by reading his official profile here: www.kantishnaroadhouse.com/blog/denalibear

In honor of launching into this new season, we’re also launching our new Facebook Page: See Denali. For the past several years, we’ve divided our attention between three separate Facebook Pages and decided that it would be best for people to be able to go to one place for news and information about our properties, Denali National Park and beyond. Plus, we will soon be offering fun contests and special promotions that you won’t want to miss!

Help us build up our new Facebook page and “Like” See Denali now: www.facebook.com/SeeDenali

Happy Spring! Will you be traveling to Alaska this summer?
