*The Denali Borough bed tax is $37.50/per person/night.

Transportation

Round-trip bus transportation between the Denali National Park entrance area and Kantishna Roadhouse is included in your package price and is our standard transportation option. Guests may also request air transportation for one or both directions for an additional cost. Please select your preferred transportation arrangement:

Please note: Air transportation is not included in the package price and is subject to availability, weather conditions, aircraft capacity and additional charges. Our reservations team will coordinate requested flight arrangements and provide pricing and additional details.

BAGGAGE POLICY

Guests are limited to one (1) piece of checked baggage and one small carry-on that fits overhead or under the seat in front of you. Excess baggage will be charged at $50.00 per piece with no exceptions.

PAYMENT

A deposit equal to the first night’s all-inclusive + tax rate per person is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Balance of payment is due 60 days in advance of arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend travel insurance, which can cover family and medical emergencies, as well as travel disruptions. Access to our remote location can be impacted by weather events and other forces beyond our control; and reservations cancelled for those reasons are subject to our stated cancellation policy. Any travel or accommodation costs associated with delays or unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of our guests. Travel insurance is available through providers such as Travelex Insurance at 800-228-9792, Allianz at 866-884-3556, and by visiting www.tripinsurance.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After reading our Luggage Policy & Cancellation Policy check the box below if you agree before sending your request.

Cancellation Fees:

This reservation is fully refundable until 60 days before arrival at 12:00 a.m. local time.
Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur the full reservation charge.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Note: Reservations made on or after June 1 are subject to shorter cancellation periods.
