Immerse Yourself

We believe experiencing solitude is important to gain an understanding of the land and place. Independence, a quality which defines the state, reflects upon this understanding. We strongly encourage you to explore Denali National Park and Preserve independently. Our experienced Naturalist Guides are happy to assist you in planning your independent activities.

Mountain Biking

Rev up the pedals on one of our mountain or e-bikes and spend some time exploring the countryside. Pedal to Wonder Lake or investigate the old mining roads in the area.

Kayaking & Paddling

Paddle a kayak or paddle board in Wonder Lake, tracing Denali’s reflection. Wonder Lake, often referred to as the crown jewel of Denali, is one of the largest lakes in Denali National Park. It’s calm waters and mountain views are sure to leave you in a sense of awe.

Fly Fishing

Moose Creek’s crystal clear waters runs right through our property and is abundant with arctic grayling. Spend a solitary morning or evening casting in the ripples.

Photography

Denali National Park offers plenty of excellent photography opportunities – photographing Denali bathed in Alpenglow, animals roaming and feeding, the flora and fauna and the simple beauty that is Denali National Park.

Lawn Games

Enjoy summer pastimes at your leisure on our lawn alongside Moose Creek – such as giant jenja or volleyball!
