Seasonal Availability

Kantishna Roadhouse operates from early-June to mid-September, offering the perfect summer getaway when Denali National Park is vibrant and accessible.

Travel Agent Commission Policy

The commission will be processed after the guest’s stay is completed and all necessary documentation is submitted. To ensure a smooth commission process for our travel agent partners, we require the following documentation to be submitted in order to receive commission:

Booking Details

Complete reservation details, including the guest’s name, travel dates, and the total booking amount.

Invoice

A formal invoice detailing the booking and the agreed-upon commission. This should include the booking reference number and all relevant charges.

W-9 or W-4 Form

A completed W-9 form (for U.S. based agents) or W-4 form (if required) is necessary for tax reporting purposes. Independent contractors or travel agency employees should ensure this form is submitted to process commission payments.

Proof of Payment or Confirmation

Proof that the client has paid for the booking or a confirmation from the accommodation or tour operator that the booking is finalized and commission is due.
Agency or Personal Identification

If not already on file, verification of the agent’s business or personal details may be required to process commissions.
